After the 2nd Round, all participants will receive a Certificate of Participation.
After the 3rd Round, participants will receive Diplomas and Titles of Laureates of the International Competition, along with the cash prizes
The Jury reserves the right not to award all titles, to share titles between participants,
and to establish additional Special Prizes and a Grand Prix.
The Jury's decisions are final and are not subject to discussion or revision.
Registration guidelines and conditions

The Competition consists of Three Rounds.
No more than 60 participants from all categories and age groups will be admitted to the 2nd Round.
Notification of admission will be sent via email no later than October 15, 2025.
No more than 40 participants from all categories and age groups will be admitted to the 3rd Round.
To participate, each applicant should complete the application form attached to these regulations (see Appendix).
The following documents must be submitted along with the application:

A photo of the participant (minimum 3 MB)

A short artistic biography (free format)

A copy of the passport or birth certificate

Fee payment evidence

A link to the video recording of the First (Preliminary) Round Program
The video recording should be uploaded to YouTube and meet the following requirements:

No additional audio or video editing is allowed
-
The performer’s hands, instrument, and face should be continuously visible
-
Works for the 2nd Round may be recorded as separate files
-
Recordings must be made no earlier than May 2025
Original editions of works are recommended.
Works performed during the 1st (Preliminary) Round may be repeated in the 2nd and 3rd Rounds.
During all Rounds, works must be performed from memory. For sonatas for violin & piano and cello & piano, sheet music is allowed.
The performance order is to be determined by a draw and will be maintained throughout the Competition.
The order of works to be performed is determined by the participant.
The 2nd and 3rd Rounds will be open to public.
The participants of the “Violin” and “Cello” category may bring their piano accompanists to participate in the 2nd and 3rd Rounds at their own expense. The participants, however, can also count on accompanist’s services to be provided by the Organizing Committee of The Competition.
The accompanist’s services are paid separately (see Section 12).
Any changes to the competition program for the 2nd and 3rd Rounds should be reported by October 15, 2025, and approved by the Organizing Committee.
Special Conditions

Travel, accommodation, and related expenses are the responsibility of the participants or their sponsoring organizations.

The Organizing Committee can assist with accommodation at discounted rates and transfer from Ben Gurion Airport to Eilat.

Foreign participants admitted to the 2nd Round assume the responsibility for obtaining all necessary documentation for entry to Israel (travel document, health insurance, visa, etc.)
-
Participants will not receive any fee for their performance or for any subsequent use of recordings and broadcasts.

The Organizing Committee holds exclusive rights to the recording and broadcasting of the Competition auditions and the Clousing Ceremony.

Submission of a signed application form constitutes full acceptance of all these terms and conditions.

In the case of disputes regarding interpretation, the English version of the regulations shall prevail.
Financial terms and registration fees
All contestants pay an entry fee of €40.
Contestants admitted to the 2nd Rounds pay additional fees:

Age Groups 1 and 2: €80
-
Age Group 3: €100
In case of withdrawal, entry fees are non-refundable.
The participation fees are net and do not include any applicable transaction costs.
The accompanist’s services are provided on request made in advance and upon provision of the music score.
The accompanist’s services are paid separately before Round 2 or 3 and are the following:
€50 one rehearsal.
€50 one live performance.
The Competition Organizing Committee may consider granting a fee reduction. Participants should send a written request describing their specific situation.

Round 1 - Preliminary
Online by video recording
A caprice by Wieniawski or Paganini and one or more movements from a sonata or partita by J.S. Bach for violin solo.
Duration of the recording – no more than 15 minutes.
Round 2
Live performance
One or two movements of a sonata composed between 17th and 19th centuries. Two diverse Romantic works or a major-form composition.
Performance time –
no more than 20 minutes.
Round 3
Live performance
Free program.
Performance time – no more than 30 minutes.
• One of the works performed in Round 2 may be repeated in Round 3.
12–15 years old
Round 1 - Preliminary
Online by video recording
An étude or caprice by Rode, Dont, Wieniawski, or Paganini, and a piece from the Baroque era.
Duration of the recording – no more than 10 minutes.
Round 2
Live performance
One or two movements of a sonata composed between 17th and 19th centuries, and an extended piece.
Performance time – no more than 20 minutes.
Round 3
Live performance
Free program.
Performance time – no more than 30 minutes.
• One of the works performed in Round 2 may be repeated in Round 3.
8–11 years old
Round 1 - Preliminary

Two contrasting pieces on the participant’s choice.
Transcriptions and arrangements are permitted.
Duration of the recording – no more than 10 minutes.
• Works performed in the 1st Round may be included in the 2nd and 3rd Rounds.
Round 2
Live performance
Two pieces (one lyrical and one virtuosic) on the participant’s choice.
Performance time – no more than 20 minutes.
Round 3
Live performance
Free program.
Performance time – no more than 20 minutes.
