Finnish cellist Jonathan Roozeman is only 21, but is already enjoying a career taking him to all five continents and to the world’s major concert venues. At the festival, Roozeman will be giving a recital together with his brother Jean Paul Roozeman, in which they will perform works of Boccherini, Debussy and Sibelius.

Goldberg Variations

The Goldberg Variations in an arrangement for orchestra and choir, interspersed with readings from different periods of J.S.Bach’s life. With this splendid work, the PA'dam Orchestra (Holland) will make its Israel debut. Israeli actor Dov Glickman will join them in the role of Bach. A theatrical work that presents the touching relationships of the eminent composer with the simple man, with past and present and between musicians and audience.

“Alba” – Premiere performances Based on Federico García Lorca’s play “The House of Bernarda Alba” the work "Alba", will be performed by the Israeli Flamenco Dance Company (director: Michal Natan), with choreography by Javier Latorre (Spain). An affecting, powerful experience, as well as a fascinating interpretation of Lorca’s story.
