Born in 2004, Eva Gevorgyan, a student of Professor Natalia Trull at the Central Music School, Moscow, is a 2019 Discovery Award winner of the ICMA (International Classical Music Awards); she has received awards for piano and composition at more than 40 international competitions in the USA, Germany, Italy, Spain, Slovenia, Portugal, Estonia, Malta, Kazakhstan, Poland, the Czech Republic, Georgia, Russia, and Serbia. A scholarship recipient of the International Academy of Music in Liechtenstein, she regularly participates in the intensive music weeks and activities offered by the Academy. In 2019, she was chosen to take part at the Verbier Festival as student-in-residence. Recent appearances were with the Armenian National Philharmonic Orchestra in Yerevan (March 2019) and a solo recital at the London Albert Hall in April 2019. She participates in master classes and performs solo recitals, with orchestras and at festivals in Europe and the USA. Eva Gevorgyan is a New Names Foundation Scholarship recipient, also receiving support from the YerezArt Foundation.
